My name is Chelsey and I teach 2nd grade at New Heights Elementary in East Grand Forks, Minnesota! This will be my 2nd year at this great school! 5 years of classroom experiences have guided me into the world of 2nd grade. I have previously taught Kindergarten for 3 years and 2nd grade for 2.
I'm crazy about decorating and organizing my classroom. I love changing it various times of the year and my favorite time of the year is the month before school starts, organizing and getting it ready for my new students. I spend a lot of extra hours in my class, which might not always be a good thing!
I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Masters in Early Childhood education. I love this age of students..they love being at school and get excited about the little things.
